Robin Ware Robin is the President of the Ware Agency ATLANTA where she assists clients with meeting planning, marketing, public relations and hospitality. A true professional, she has a heart to serve others and to teach what excellence really is. Her mantra is “Excellence Matters”. Her latest passion is blogging, writing and helping EVERYONE do what they do in excellence. So much so, she founded a conference in 2006 titled The Excellence Conference. This annual conference is for ministry leaders and small business owners that desire to sharpen their skills in the area of hospitality, marketing, event planning, and leadership. A graduate of Purdue University, she has worked for Marriott Hotels in Sales, Kennesaw State University as the Director of Special Events, New Birth Church as the Director of Events and Conferences and at the dReam Center church of ATLANTA as the Executive Assistant to the Pastor and Executive Director of Marketing. She also is a self published authored and has produced a list of ministry resource products. She wrote The Administrator for administrative assistants that serve Pastors and ministry leaders. Hosting Church Folk followed for Helps Ministry leaders. It serves as the blueprint for hosting special guests in excellence. She also produced two DVD’s, Lady Etiquette presents…A Fine Dining Experience and Lady Etiquette presents…Business Etiquette and Professional Decorum. In 2009, she launched The Excellence Matters Network. Structured like a boot camp, attendees are mentored through online training tools and bi monthly team conference calls, a monthly newsletter, weekly blog updates and even webcasts.
